Portuguese term or phrase: que ocupa a luz de ductos mamários
Exame miscroscópico: Cortes dos três fragmentos demonstram parênquima mamário. Em um dos fragmentos observa-se ductos fortemente dilatados circundados por tecido conjuntivo. Este mostra infiltrado linfocitário. Os lóbulos são formados por ácinos sinuosos. Nos dois outros fragmentos observa-se a presença de neoplasia ***que ocupa a luz de ductos mamários*** e dissocia o estroma. A neoplasia é formada por agrupamentos celulares compactos e por túbulos.
