It should be "eco-H/eco-R" = "echo-H/echo-R"

"qualitative standards" is pretty common, so it should just be a literal translation.

neutral  Dr Sue Levy: R(f) is the notation used in a mathematical equation for the spectrum of the received echo - I don't think it is relevant to the question//I can't find anything in PO or EN that corresponds
