This comes under the list of contraindications in an SmPC of a lipid emulsion for infusion. The whole sentence reads:
Alterações do metabolismo lipidico, patologias hepáticas, alterações no RES, pancreatite necrosante hemorrhágica.

Does anyone know what RES stands for and/or how to translate it please?
