Portuguese term or phrase: Tanoestética

In a description of a photographic installation, which shows staged photographs of a woman's body subjected to post mortem interventions.

The term Tanoestética apparently refers to the aesthetic preparation of the corpse, including make up etc. There are many google hits for the term in Portuguese, covering courses etc. I can't find an English equivalent. I have found Thanatopraxis for the following term. Can anyone help?

Num ritual alegórico, um corpo feminino em estado post mortem vai sofrendo sucessivas intervenções (injecção de formol, preparação, incisão na pele, pintura, moldagem e armação) até à sua transformação final em objecto museológico. Este cerimonial, exercido sobre o corpo, remete-nos também para uma alusão figurativa às práticas de Tanoestética e de Tanatopraxia."
