| | aerial photography and military maps | Explanation: I'm pretty sure "ortos" is ortofotografia/orthophotography, or aerial photography as it's more commonly known. cartas militares = military maps (it's unclear whether "militares" modifies both "ortos" and "cartas" or just "cartas," but I think it's the latter).
