Explanation:
As far as I know, Xibiri is not a Portuguese word, but rather a region in Vietnam (and possibly an ethnic group), although there is also a region called Xibiriwi in the Brazilian rainforest. If your boyfriend is called Xibiri (or signed as such) that's either one of these or a short form of some kind to another Portuguese word - I can't really tell you which, since there could be virtually thousands of words to choose from. I guess the best solution here is to simply ask your boyfriend what it means. :-)
