Bus/Financial - Other / terminology | | Portuguese term or phrase: permutante | This term keeps coming up in a translation of a circular letter from a National Post Office Operations Center to their over seas counter parts in how to address correctly mail and parcel post desptached to Brazil.The below is one context where it is used, I suppose it means correct information on the origin and destination addressing or something?
