SUPLÊNCIA - está mal usado no original - para que deixar claro, se falar "difícil" (e errado) "impressiona" (mal)? - "Suplência", nunca pode ser usado no sentido em que foi usado.
"Suplência" NÃO é sinônimo de "equivalência", mas sim de "substituição".
SUPLETIVO, sim, está bem usado como "ensino supletivo", "supletório", "coisa que é suprida". - O mal uso foi a extrapolação para o nome do curso (como "de suplência"), erro ingênuo.
