Explanation:
For out of the heart's abundance the (his) mouth speaks.

You are probably referring to the Scriptural thought at Luke 6:45 where it says: "A good man brings forth good out of the good treasure of his heart, but a wicked man brings forth what is wicked out of his wicked treasure; FOR OUT OF THE HEART'S ABUNDANCE HIS MOUTH SPEAKS."

The Portuguese text says: “O homen bom, do bom tesouro do seu coração, traz para fora o bom, mas o homem iníquo, do seu [tesouro] iníquo, traz para fora o que é iníquo; pois é da abundância do coração que a sua boca fala.”

As though you were addressing someone directly.
I don't think there's any need for "your MOUTH speaks from....", as it's pretty obvious you speak from that orifice :)
