Just thought of something else; because of the context, I suppose that the people threatening the woman are probably not very well educated or well-spoken, so they would say:

'we'll' instead of 'we will'
and they probably wouldn't use 'otherwise'
So it would be:

Talk bitch or we'll kill you, talk bitch!
