I think this most be one of the horriblest texts I've ever translated! It's badly written but my course tutor insists on literal translation.......

BUT a literal translation of PROCURA will NOT work here, so can anybody ingeniously stretch the meaning somehow? Please, do the entire phrase between **. Otherwise I just get words that haven't been sufficiently thought about in context. Thanks in advance.

English translation:" We want to be your partner in the creation of your spaces"
Explanation:
Evidently we are talking here about physical space for your projects, for the placement of equipment, materials and personnel. Since the company will supply the materials to enable you to "find" spaces, they will really be helping you to create space. They will be your partners supplying modules, containers and their know-how.

We wish to be your partner in the search for your locations/outlets. We hold the solution and the right product for today and for the future.

.......

thats my suggestion...to be honest my problem id the translation of the word "espaços". What do they refer to? You'll have to choose the better option according to your general context as I have no idea what they do, what kind of business, and what are those "espaços" for (building, retail, storage, ???)

Hope this helps a bit!
And happy easter bunnies to you!

FINDING

Explanation:
I have a feeling that your course tutor is merely playing devil’s advocate. This kind of text (business promotion material) is precisely the kind of text where you need to exercise greater versatility and creativity. This is not an audit statement or a surgical report, but a sales pitch, where felicitous expressions are strictly language specific. What works in Portuguese may not work in English (or German).

I am going to do two things:

1. I will slightly shift the semantical center of PROCURA from the idea of seeking or searching to the idea of finding. You be the judge if that makes sense or not.

2. I will cross out the first instance of the word “solution.” I find the two proximate occurrences of the same word in this context a turn off. If your teacher disapproves of such plastic surgery, you can always restore it.

With this introduction, here is how I woud translate the portion between asterisks:

"We want to be your partner in finding [space]."

Another alternative is:

"We want to be your partner in finding a solution for your [space] problem."

I have put "space" in brackets, since I don’t know what it refers to. I assume you know, and I trust you will use your judgment to use the right English word for it.
