The dysfunctional bureaucracy Explanation: PRESTE ATENÇÃO que eu mudei o genetivo, possessivo de 2 substantivos numa frase só : "a burocracia disfuncional" = subst+adjetivo. Isto é "mais inglês". Não soa bem, em inglês, dizer "the dysfunction of the bureaucracy". SINÔNIMO."RED TAPE" (fita vermelha) é também MUITO USADO, em inglês, como sinônimo popular (gíria) de "bureaucracy". Assim que, para não repetir, na palestra pode usar o termo "red tape", algumas vezes, como sinônimo coloquial de burocracia. (Fita vermelha porque no passado, se um documento não fosse amarrado, juntado, com uma fita vermelha não era válido, não era oficial. Se eu fosse escrever um livro, em inglês, eu usaria o termo acima - The dysfunctional bureaucracy - em vez da fraseologia portuguesa: as disfunções da burocracia.
