agree  Gilla Evans: or "pillow options". I first encountered this phenomenon at the ITI conference in May, where the hotel offered me 'soft' or 'firm' pillows, both of which seemed to be identically lumpy and hard...

agree  Emma Ashfield - MCIL: Yes - but this is not just a Holiday Inn phenomenon! I used to be a regular business traveller, and pillow menus were quite common! I think Hilton and Marriot hotels have them too... This is definitely it!
