Explanation:
I am not sure if there is any equivalent document in an English-speaking country. The CTR combines an invoice with a bill of lading. You can read about the Brazilian concept of the document in the first link below.

In the second link it says:

"The following documents accompany the goods in road transportation:
« An invoice or a bill of lading issued by the consignor
« CMR – international waybill"

So it suggests that a bill of lading and invoice are two separate documents which is not the case with a CTR.
