The style of the context suggests to me an internal control procedure for removing goods, maybe internally within the company, though the mention of Notas Fiscais suggests perhaps a sale which probably means the goods leaving the premises. The DRM sounds like an authorisation or receipt for this movement of goods.

Relatively rare in bureaucracy, this document's name describes it quite well. It is not release (relinquishing by the warehouse) - which would almost certainly be "liberação"- but an acknowledgment on the part of another party that they took delivery of said goods. I would think "Goods Receipt Acknowledgement (Form"), noting that "form" is not really necessary, even though "Documento" is quite appropriate in the original. Hoiweverd, I am afraid my suggestion may be influenced by America usage. Since "EN-UK" is specified, I can't be sure I could propose a level 5 answer. Maybe someone familiar with actual UK usage could take it from here, thanks.

Incidentally, nothing in the context revealed so far indicates customs/"alfândega". The warehouse could just as well be a regular "armazém".

Mark, thanks for your point - I can't really provide further context other than to say that yes, the document I'm looking at is more an internal process guide than an 'authorisation' thing. It may be a simple document used to confirm that the goods have been retrieved for shipping, in which case Martin's suggestion is good. In any case, feel free to discuss, that's how we learn! Sue suggests that this is what a DRM is, but the context is far from clear. To me the context is more suggestive of an internal stock control document, i.e. a dispatch/delivery note. I cannot find DRM on the web as any type of official form.
