O método da margem líquida da operação baseia-se no cálculo da margem de lucro líquido obtida por um sujeito passivo numa operação ou numa série de operações vinculadas tomando como referência a margem de lucro líquido obtida numa operação não vinculada comparável efectuada pelo sujeito passivo, por uma entidade pertencente ao mesmo grupo ou por uma entidade independente.

Neste caso, podemos traduzir por "méthode de marge nette de l'opération".
