Comment traduire ce terme "identidade". Identité ne me semble pas correct. Avez-vous d'autres suggestions ?

Bon, suivant la phrase qui précède, il faut essayer de trouver un élément de liaison pour le début (correspondant à "São"). Par exemple, si on a décrit extensivement les activités de ctte organisation, on pourra dire:
"Soit presque 20 ans d'une organisation pour qui le volet ludique est identitaire et la santé est un axe initial."
J'ai choisi "volet", mais c'est bien sûr remplaçable (aspect ludique, élément ludique, plan ludique ...)
