Caso a xxx deixe de pagar a importância prevista no subitem “1.1.a” até a data de seu respectivo vencimento, incidirá sobre o valor devido multa de 5 % (cinco por cento), além de correção monetária adotada pelo Tribunal de Justiça do Estado de São Paulo e juros de mora de 3% ao mês computados a partir da data do vencimento fixado originário, sendo certo ainda que eventual execução da importância inadimplida a ser promovida pela xxxx prosseguirá em face de xxx e yyyy , que respondem solidariamente ao valor da importância devida à xxxxx .


Si XXXX cesse de payer la somme prévue par le point “1.1.a” jusqu’à la date de son respectif paiement, sera alors appliquée une majoration de 5 % (cinq pour cent) à ce montant, outre la correction monétaire adoptée par le Tribunal de Justice de l’Etat de São Paulo et intérêts moratoires de 3 % par mois, calculés à partir de la date de paiement initialement fixée, étant certain que l’éventuelle exécution de la somme restant due et à être préconisée par la société XXXX poursuivra XXXXX e XXXXX, répondant solidairement au montant du à la société XXXXXXX.
