so steht es im Houaiss:
"anúncio em forma de cartaz, painel múltiplo, painel luminoso etc., ger. de grandes dimensões, exposto à margem de vias urbanas ou em outros pontos ao ar livre destacados para tal"
Es könnte also auch eine Leuchtreklame sein, aber die sind hier weniger üblich.
