Portuguese to German translations [PRO]
Law/Patents - Business/Commerce (general) | | Portuguese term or phrase: de ser do interesse do instituto | Aus einer Feststellungsklage aus Portugal. Streitig ist die Entschädigung des Kunden bei Vertragsbeendigung.
Die Bedeutung des gesamten Satzes ist mir nicht klar. Schon jetzt danke ich für jede Hilfe sehr!
"(...porquanto tem–se entendido na jurisprudência que) Não pode haver acordo prévio sobre a indemnização de clientela ou contrário ao conteúdo legal da dita indemnização – esta a razão de ser do interesse e ordem pública do instituto”.
Verstehe ich dies richtig?:
„Es kann keine vorherige Vereinbarung über eine Kundenentschädigung geben oder eine dem Inhalt des Gesetzes widersprechende Vereinbarung über diese Entschädigung – dies ist der Grund für die Betrachtung des (Rechts-)Instituts als von öffentlichem Interesse und öffentlicher Ordnung“. |
