im Quelltext wird leider nicht erklärt, in welcher Hinsicht das Gebäude "nachhaltig" (sustentável) ist.
Ziemlich sicher bezieht man sich hier auf die Energiebilanz des Gebäudes. In diesem Sinne ist ein Passivhaus nachhaltig. Dieser Begriff ist aber sehr viel spezifischer als der Ausgangstext, weshalb ich vorsichtig übersetzen würde: ***nachhaltig bewirtschaftetes Gebäude*** für den Gesamtkontext edificação de uma casa sustentável
