Proposta Básica ou Padrão - ich überlege, ob Letzteres in Richtung Hauptangebot geht und ersteres dann vielleicht das Nebenangebot ist (findet man am ehesten mit Hauptangeboten, wie es aussieht) bzw. Grundangebot (aber eher Treffer mit Schweizer Texten). Was meint ihr?

Du kannst auch bzw./beziehungsweise schreiben, also statt "Basis- oder Standardangebot" auch "Basis- beziehungsweise Standardangebot".
