Explanation:
Hallo Tuska,
"à vista" heißt lediglich nicht in Raten; zumindest hier in Brasilien hat man meistens die Wahl, in Raten oder "à vista" zu zahlen, wobei "à vista" aber eben auch per Scheck, Konto- oder Kreditkarte sein kann.
Laut dem Gabler Wirtschaftslexikon steht zwar unter "bar":
sofortige Begleichung einer Geldschuld; im engeren Sinne nur durch Geld, *** im weiteren Sinne auch durch Scheck o. ä.***.

Aber m.E. verstehen die meisten Leser unter Barzahlung trotzdem Scheine und Münzen...
Ich schreibe immer "per einmaliger Zahlung", ich glaube, das trifft es schon. Ein Fachwort konnte ich leider noch nie entdecken...
