ich habe gerade das Formblatt E 202 D auf deutsch gefunden. Vielleicht kannst Du es ja für die Übersetzung gebrauchen ;-)
(Irgendwie geht das nicht mehr mit dem "Hinweis an den Fragesteller" oder wie das hieß... :-(
