Em relação ao assunto acima mencionado , e em resposta às vossas duas cartas, venho informar o seguinte:
- último levantamento de pensão foi efectuado no princípio de Abril, referente à pensão de Março 2009 (devida).
- as pensões que mandaram posteriormente, por saber que eram indevidas, nunca foram levantadas de conta
-assim que foi pedido a devolução montante total, foi dada ordem ao Banco para proceder em conformidade, tendo sido a transferência efectuada em xxx, conforme extracto de conta que envio
