Im Decreto-Lei, das Du zitierst, ist die EG-Richtlinie über die Automobilhaftpflicht in port. Recht umgesetzt worden.
Ich vermute, dass mit dem "verbleibenden Vertrag" die Haftpflichtversicherung gemeint ist, die (theoretisch) jeder abgeschlossen haben sollte, wenn er ein Kfz auf öffentlichen Straßen fährt.
Übersetzungsvorschlag: "der verbleibende, im Rahmen des D.L. 291/2007 [...] abgeschlossene Vertrag...." |
