- Die Erneuerung des Versicherungsvertrags wird verhindert
- Die Police erlischt automatisch und mit sofortiger Wirkung zu dem Datum, an dem die Zahlung fällig war.
("determinada" gehört hier noch zu "fica" und bedeutet hier IMHO so etwas wie "dann passiert das unwiderruflich").
