Titel eines Vertrages, wirklich mit zwei "s", glaube aber, dass das ein Tippfehler ist. Trotzdem bin ich mir bei der Übersetzung nicht sicher. Handelt es sich um einen normalen Gesellschaftsvertrag, oder gar um einen "gesellschaftsähnlichen Vertrag", da z. B. parafiscal = steuerähnlich; paramilitar = militärähnlich; para-estatal = halbstaatlich...???

oder Aktionärsvereinbarung. Scheint mir in Portugal üblicher zu sein als "acordo de accionistas". Eine Definition gibts unten. (Die zwei s sind übrigens richtig.) Gruß
