Colegas, em uma escritura pública de divórcio, como traduziriam o termo "outorgante e reciprocamente outorgado" que designa as duas partes do contrato? Nesse caso não são "Auftraggeber/Nehmer", nem "Vollmachtgeber/Nehmer" ou algo semelhante, trata-se dos dois "Vertragspartner", mas como seria mais específico para divórcio?
Agradeço sugestões!
