Portuguese to German translations [PRO]
Law/Patents - Law: Contract(s) | | Portuguese term or phrase: cessão de créditos em garantia | | Es handelt sich um einen portugiesischen Vertrag, durch welchen eine Firma ihre Forderungen (aus Rechnungen gegenüber einem Geschäftspartner) an eine dritte Firma zur Sicherung deren Forderungen (aus Rechnungen) abtritt. Ich kenne den Begriff "Forderungsabtretung" und "Sicherungszession", aber eine Verbindung fehlt mir hier. Sollte man das im Deutschen einfach zur "Forderungsabtretung" abkürzen oder z.B. mit "Forderungsabtretung als Sicherheitsleistung" übersetzen? |
