aber da ich mir unsicher bin, ob diese Lösung in meinen Kontext Sinn macht,
wollte ich mich dennoch nochmal vergewissern. :-)

Es geht um ein Berufungsverfahren. Eine Sozialversicherungsbehörde legt Einspruch gegen ein Urteil ein,
in dem die Reihenfolge festgelegt wurde, in der Gläubiger eines Insolvenzverfahren bezahlt werden sollen.
Die Behörde ist der Ansicht, dass sie Vorzugsrechte gegenüber anderen Gläubigern hat (deren Forderungen durch Pfandrechte
gesichert sind).
