Es geht um die Reihenfolge bei der Befriedigung von Gläubigerforderungen.
Ich bin mir nicht sicher, was der richtige Ausdruck für "penhor mercantil" ist.
"durch Pfandrechte an einem Handelsgegenstand garantierte Forderungen"???

A serem pagos pelos bens de natureza móvel onerados:
Em primero lugar, os créditos garantidos por ***penhor mercantil***.

handelsrechtliches Pfandrecht

Explanation:
Das "mercantil" bezieht sich nicht auf die verpfändete Sache, sondern auf die Art des abgesicherten Hauptgeschäfts. Das "penhor mercantil" ist im Handelsrecht verankert und soll Handelsgeschäfte absichern.
(Das heißt aber nicht, dass nicht auch "Handelsgegenstände" verpfändet werden können ;-)
