Kann mir jemand bei folgendem Satz helfen?
Es geht noch immer um ein Berufungsverfahren. Eine Sozialversicherungsbehörde legt Einspruch gegen ein Urteil ein,
in dem die Reihenfolge festgelegt wurde, in der Gläubiger eines Insolvenzverfahren bezahlt werden sollen.
Die Behörde ist der Ansicht, dass sie Vorzugsrechte gegenüber anderen Gläubigern hat (deren Forderungen durch Pfandrechte
gesichert sind).
Leider komme ich bei dem zitierten Satz, der in Klammern steht, nicht weiter...
