Nachfolgender Satz stammt aus einer Vollmacht (Brasilien).
Es geht um die Rechte und Pflichten, die der Bevollmächtigte erhält.
Ich denke es geht hierbeit um die "geschäftliche Handlungsvollmacht", bin mir aber nicht sicher.
