Portuguese term or phrase: CVA // ofício de folhas

Hallo Kollegen,

ich habe hier eine juristische Übersetzung, in der Bezug auf ein "ofício de folhas" genommen wird.
Zum einen bin ich nicht ganz sicher, wie man am besten "ofício de folhas" übersetzt (ofício=Erlass, folha=Blatt), zum anderen steht dahinter in Klammer:
"origem PGD (Generalstaatsanwaltsschaft des Destrikts) de Évora - Processo n° 130/2009 - CVA; ofício n° 4664 de 17.10.2011"
Weiß jemand, was CVA bedeutet?

Hallo Katrin, zum CVA kann ich Dir nichts sagen, ich würde es so lassen, falls sich nach einer Recherche nichts ergibt.
Aber ein Ofício ist kein Erlass, sondern ein amtliches Schreiben.

Asker: Hallo Hubert, Danke für Deine Antwort. "ofício" kommt häufig im Text vor, aufgrund Deiner Antwort werde ich es mit "amtliches Schreiben" übersetzen ("Erlass im Sinne von Anweisung einer Behürde an die andere existiert auch, "amtliches Schreiben ist aber neutraler). Das Problem ist nur, dass es mal nur "ofício" heißt und mal "ofício de folhas" - besteht da ein Unterscheid? Beste Grüße!
