Olá.

A minha dúvida é a seguinte: quando se quer dizer que o status, a condição que cerca determinado fato é “ignorado”, costuma-se usar “ignorato” ou “sconosciuto” em italiano, ou qualquer um dos dois serve? "Ignorato" soa pretensamente mais "refinado"?

Exemplos:
É ignorado se o sujeito tal era eleitor ou não.
A sua situação financeira é ignorada.
