Preciso do equivalente italiano de “regime inicial aberto”, pois, com tantas sutilezas que existem nos sistemas jurídicos, não estou seguro se a minha tradução literal pode ser usada.
Trata-se do modo de cumprir a pena em que o condenado, já desde o início, mesmo cumprindo pena e monitorado pela justiça, não fica trancado no presídio, pode trabalhar, estudar, etc.
Exemplo: “foi estabelecido cumprimento em regime inicial aberto, nos termos do previsto no art...”.
“Regime iniziale aperto”?
