A expressão - Processo de Abertura, Registro e Cumprimento de Testamento - designa o procedimento judicial seguido para cumprir um testamento no Brasil.
Queria saber se há alguma expressão mais técnica ou mais usual no meio jurídico em italiano, além da tradução literal (Processo di Apertura, Registrazione e Compimento/Esecuzione di Testamento).
