Numa ação de divórcio, diz o texto: “certifico que nesta data torno pública em cartório a r. sentença” (refere-se à sentença da ação de divórcio, que então já tinha transitado em julgado).
Como traduzir “torno pública”? É válido dizer “faccio pubblica in Ufficio”? Ou então “rendo pubblica etc.”, "è resa pubblica" ou “faccio rendere pubblica”; o que acham?
