A frase, duma ação de divórcio, diz assim: “já tendo decorridos mais de x anos da separação, e não tendo o requerente ex-marido encargos referentes a pensão, nem bens partilháveis, etc.” Significa que o ex-marido não tem dívidas de pensão para com a ex-mulher.
Qual o termo mais correto aqui, “incarichi” ou “carichi”: il richidente ex-marito non ha incarichi/carichi riguardanti la pensione, ecc.?
