CHCM pt = CHCM (Concentração de Hemoglobina Corposcular Média): é a concentração da hemoglobina dentro de uma hemácia. O intervalo normal é de 32-36g/dl. Como a coloração da hemácia depende da quantidade de hemoglobina elas são chamadas de hipocrômicas (<32), hipercrômicas (>36) e hemácias normocrômicas (no intervalo de normalidade). É importante observar que na anemia esferocítica o CHCM geralmente é elevado.

não encontro a definição de CGCM neste contexto. o único acrônimo semelhante é o que já te propus. é o só que tem sentido.
