En España lo consideraríamos como "algo para picar", a este tipo de comida se le llama "tapas"... en Méjico no sé si valdría el ejemplo.

Un petisco se puede utilizar para una comida q está rica y que es solo para picar, aunque también para una comida que es exquisita se dice: "que rico petisco" ("que rico bocado")
Ir a petiscar : es irse de tapas...
