Puedes poner Tribunal Unipersonal o Juzgado de lo Penal (yo me inclino por la 2ª opción por el uso más frecuente en España).
En España, el Juzgado de lo Penal sólo tiene un magistrado y conoce de los procedimientos de hasta 3 años de prisión.
En Portugal, el Tribunal Singular sólo tiene un juez y conoce de los procedimiento de hasta 5 años de prisión.
Es el mismo órgano pero varía el tiempo máximo de la pena de prisión.
