Din câte ştiu, în contabilitatea anglo-saxonă nu există un document specific pentru decont. Cum s-ar putea numi însă în engleză documentul pe care-l avem noi ca să se înţeleagă despre ce este vorba? Mulţumesc pentru orice sugestie.

Deconturile de avans reprezentand deplasari nu sunt completate la toate rubricile.

Inregistrarea in contabilitate a unor deconturi se face eronat.

Unele deconturi nu au documente de justificare a sumei.

Cel putin in contextul tau, decontul inseamna returnarea unei sume pe care angajatul a cheltuit-o in interes profesional.
De aceea cred ca cel mai potrivit termen este "reimbusement", si nu "defray", care inseamna de fapt "to pay (for)".

Eu as zice "Reimbursement sheet", asa cum se foloseste si "Time sheet". Daca nu, cred ca se poate spune si "Expense report", in sensul ca detaliezi pe ce ai cheltuit banii respectivi. In firma unde am lucrat eu, se intocmeau "Expense reports" pentru "reimbursement" :)) Your choice, now.
