Din această cauză se alocau prin rotaţie, deşi aveam colege care insistau că ele merită şi al doilea an, spre enervarea altora!!! Era un adevărat spectacol!
Oricum, sper să aflăm şi care e contextul până la urmă.

Din cât îmi aduc eu aminte, la şeinţele în care colegii mei îşi propuneau candidatura pentru salariul de merit ni se spunea câte astfel de salarii pot fi alocate şcolii noastre. Deci, din start meritul nu mai chiar merit dacă e limitat de număr!

Revin: dacă e vorba despre salariul de merit din învăţământ, numit " "threshold allowance" în Marea Britanie, e f. diferit de cel din România. Odată ce ai primit o astfel de mărire de salariu nu poate fi retrasă. De asemenea, nu este o limită de număr.

Implementarea unui "merit pay" este legata de Bush's brainchild "No Child Left Behind"; o nebunie; sper sa fie un "fad"( se coreleaza rezultatele la teste ale scolii cu salariul profesorilor)

Buna, Mihaela, mai bine ai pune si varianta ta, (in caz ca e un context referitor la invatamant ) pana nu ti-o fura cineva, se poarta pe proz!!! Oricum la noi e multa teorie dar nu se pune in practica. Ca silimbile moderne in primar. Tot faza pilot!

Buna Magda ! Si eu am lucrat 14 ani in Adult Ed acum in colegiu ;"merit pay" se refera la K-12. Ai dreptate. Nu e clar contextul.

O fi la voi, in USA, Mihaela, dar noi suntem profesori amandoi si nu am auzit de asa ceva. Se vorbeste de "merit pay", dar nu este ca in Romania. Sunt diverse activitati extrascolare pe care directiunea le plateste.
Oricum , aici nu avem context.

Dacă e vorba despre învăţământ se numeşte "threshold allowance". Exista 3 în total. Profesorii îşi fac un portofoliu ( cu rezultatele obţinute de elevi la examene ) pe care îl depun la conducerea şcolii când aplică. Al treilea threshold măreşte salariul la maximum.
