M-am raportat la ceea ce inseamna gospodarire comunala:
Art. 2
(1) Serviciile publice de gospodarie comunala reprezinta ansamblul activitatilor si actiunilor de utilitate si de interes local, desfasurate sub autoritatea administratiei publice locale, avand drept scop furnizarea de servicii de utilitate publica, prin care se asigura:
a) alimentarea cu apa;
b) canalizarea si epurarea apelor uzate si pluviale;
c) salubrizarea localitatilor;
d) alimentarea cu energie termica produsa centralizat;
e) alimentarea cu gaze naturale;
f) alimentarea cu energie electrica;
g) transportul public local;
h) administrarea fondului locativ public;
i) administrarea domeniului public.
(2) In functie de necesitati, prin hotarare a consiliului judetean, respectiv prin hotarare a consiliului local, se pot infiinta si alte servicii publice de gospodarie comunala, avand ca obiect alte activitati decat cele prevazute la alin. (1).
(3) Domeniile mentionate la alin. (1) si (2) vor fi detaliate prin legi speciale sau prin hotarari ale Guvernului, dupa caz.
(4) La organizarea, functionarea si dezvoltarea serviciilor publice de gospodarie comunala interesul general al cetatenilor este prioritar.
