  -> Exact, la executare trebuie să respecţi ceea ce prevede caietul de sarcini, pe care te-ai angajat să-l respecţi. Indiferent de fază, documentul este acelaşi, denumirea de asemenea.

Sunt si alte solutii:
- building journal (jurnalul de santier)
- construction diary
- field record
- job record

Seful superior, inspectorul sau proiectantul inregistreaza observatiile (instructiunile) lor in aceste registre, eventual se ataseaza si un Proces-verbal (Minutes), si se semneaza de parti.

Pentru Mihai Badea:

Vorbim de tender book pana nu a inceput executia, deci in faza de licitatie.

Ori, caietul de sarcini este un registru care se pastreaza pe santier, si include sarcinile de executat, la fata locului.

Nici eu nu pot sa jur 100%.
Hai sa mai asteptam si parerile altor colegi, care traiesc in tarile anglo-saxone si au tangenta cu domeniul constructiilor.

Nu am pus disagree sa te supar :-) am vrut doar sa pun in garda askerul, sa fie mai prudent, si sa asteptam si alte reactii.

neutral  Mihai Badea (X): Péter, e posibil sa ai dreptate. Nu sunt specialist in domeniu si nu pot sa ma pronunt asupra competentei clientului care mi-a cerut sa traduc cu „tender book”, desi, din cate imi aduc aminte, era vorba tot de faza de executie./No problem! :-)

Explanation:
Schedules of work (or schedule of works) are 'without quantities' instructional lists often produced on smaller projects or for alteration work. They are an alternative to bills of quantities, allowing the pricing of items, such as builders' work and fixing schedules (such as sanitary fittings, doors, windows, ironmongery, light fittings, louvres, roller shutters, diffusers, grilles, manholes and so on).

Schedules of work are typically prepared by designers rather than by a cost consultant or quantity surveyor. They may be prepared as part of the production information alongside drawings, specifications, bills of quantities and preliminaries and are likely to form part of the tender documentation and then contract documents.

They simply list the work required.
