Eu zic că denumirea "instalaţii aferente construcţiilor" nu se referă la maşini şi utilaje, ci la lucrări de instalaţii; deci e o elipsă, în contextul dat nu apare explicit şi cuvântul "lucrări", dar se subînţelege, mai ales că e vorba de desfăşurarea unei activităţi; asta m-a dus imediat cu gândul la codurile CAEN - the NACE codes, după care se clasifică toate activităţile economice.

În română avem codul 43, adică clasa mare CAEN, care are mai multe subclase cu ce ne interesează pe noi, de exemplu 432:

43 - Lucrări speciale de construcţii
432 - Lucrări de instalaţii electrice şi tehnico-sanitare şi alte lucrări de instalaţii pentru construcţii;

În engleză:

Deci e vorba de lucrări de instalaţii pentru construcţii, care e tot aia cu instalaţii aferente construcţiilor, adică instalaţii electrice, tehnico-sanitare etc. Precis-precis asta e!
