nu am putut răspunde deoarece era site-ul ”dat peste cap” si nu gaseam fucțiile... Voiam să vă spun să postați răspunsul, deoarece se poate să fie cel corect, și să vedem dacă sunt și colegii de acord...Oricum, o ”cameră” pare a fi ceva de dimensiuni mai reduse decât un bazin...
Bazine de "detenţie" se construiesc peste tot, inclusiv în oraşe :-) Sunt basins sau ponds, foarte variate ca mărime, mod de funcţionare, etc. Sunt apoi retention basins, care cred că reţin apa permanent.

Din păcate, nu am nici o altă referință, apare doar în această enumerare. Cu siguranță e ceva de genul acesta, în sensul că acesta e rolul pe care îl îndeplinesc, dar, din câte înțeleg eu, e ceva care se află pe lângă drumurile naționale, ca un fel de anexă a lor, iar acest detention basin, din câte am văzut eu pe wikipedia, se construiește lângă ape.
