Cauta te rog un alt echivalent pentru tochitura. In cel mai rau caz, friptura, sau fa o nota a trad. "stew" este tocana, care are sos, este cu ceapa si suc de rosii, etc. Este total diferita de tochitura, care este de fapt carne de porc (de diferite tipuri: muschi, ficat, etc.), prajita in ulei si inabusita cu apa.
